Stand Rates
South African Tourism has carefully reviewed rate increases for Africa’s Travel Indaba.
The Floorspace and Schell Scheme Packages have not been increased for the past 5 years, however
the various suppliers have increased their rates through to us. As a result, there will be a small 8% increase
across floorspace and Shell Scheme as per industry norm. All additional services for the exhibition
will have a very minimal increase. There are some exciting
value-add package options and structure discounts available for exhibitors.

Incentives and discounts apply to floor space costs only and do not apply to packages and services.

- The above discounts are subject to approval by Synergy Business Events (Pty) Ltd and subject to the criteria to participate at Africa’s Travel Indaba.

- In light of the New VAT Law, from the 1st April 2018, VAT is now at 15%.
- Standard units range from 3 x 3 = 9m2
- Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
- Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
- Discounts do not apply to Meeting Hubs or Lap of Luxury Stands
